The cookies from my IG stories you have been asking about are finally here. This is by far the cleanest cookie you can make. Nothing to be guilty about these and they are very quick and easy to make. So let’s get to it and waste no time. Enjoy

Ingredients:
- 2 Cup gluten free rolled oats
- 4 Ripe bananas (please make sure they are really ripe)
- 10 medjool dates
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (no sugar added)
- 1/2 to 1 cup of raisins (optional)
- chocolate chips are also optional but usually have sugar in them
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of all spice
- pinch of pink salt
Instructions:
- 1. grind/blend 1 cup of the oats into a fine flour
- 2. pour the flour into a bowl and then add the other cup of oats
- 3. add all the other dry ingredients to a bowl and mix
- 4. add 4 bananas, peanut butter and medjool dates (pitted) to a blender and mix
- 5. if too thick add a little oatmilk or any plant milk you have (i used oatsome)
- 6. add the wet into the dry bowl, toss in the raisins and now mix by hand with a spoon
- 7. parchment paper works best and if not at least spray your baking sheet before spooning your batter
- 8. use a spoon to measure decent sized cookies (should make around 22-25)
- 9. bake for 20 minutes at 350F (you’ll most likely need two baking trays. make sure to switch them halfway through the baking time)
